On March 31st Club members and guests consumed some excellent food and wine courtesy of vintner and Club member Angelos Tsangarides. Angelos's description of the winemaking process and the properties and styles of the various wines on offer was particularly instructive. In the Webmaster's opinion, this is one of the best local boutique wineries.
