What a fantastic gathering we had at our meeting last Thursday! We were thrilled to welcome two special guests who brought incredible energy, expertise, and vision to our table.
Diving into the World of IT & AI
We had the pleasure of hearing a captivating talk from Dave, who recently moved to Cyprus from Belgium. Dave walked us through his professional journey as an IT specialist, giving us a fascinating look into the tech world. His presentation sparked a lively discussion afterward—especially around the rapidly evolving landscape of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its impact on our future.
Even better news: Dave introduced himself as a potential new member of our club, and we couldn't be more excited to welcome him into our Rotary family!
Building the Next Generation: Rotaract Paphos!
Our second guest of the evening was Chris, who moved from Germany to Cyprus to complete his Master’s degree. Chris came with an inspiring ambition: he is planning to charter a brand new Rotaract Club right here in Paphos!
Rotaract brings together young leaders to create positive change, and we are 100% behind Chris to support him in making this major milestone a reality.
A huge thank you to Dave and Chris for enriching our evening with great insights and big ideas. The future is bright, and the Rotary spirit in Paphos is stronger than ever!
